Andrew Young available for media interviews

Andrew Young, former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, will be available for media interviews at 4 p.m. today (4/16) at Enarson Hall, Room 100, 154 W. 12th Ave. Young will discuss his experiences while at the United Nations and the organization’s mission toward international peace.

Young will appear as the inaugural speaker in the First Year Distinguished Speaker Series tonight at 7:30 p.m. at Mershon Auditorium, 1871 N. High St. The event is free and open to the public.

The Ohio State University Office of Undergraduate Admissions and First Year Experience developed the series to enhance the academic experiences of first-year students. The lecture series will be held each year and will feature individuals who represent global ideas and perspectives.
