Buckeye basketball delivers lunch to first responders

Holtmann gives thanks to those keeping the campus community safe

Chris Holtmann, head coach of the men’s basketball team, stopped by the Ohio State University Department of Public Safety Tuesday to distribute boxed lunches as a show of appreciation for the staff’s work to keep the campus community safe.

Holtmann also delivered a hand-written note from the players and coaches expressing their thanks for all that is being done for people experiencing uncertainty during the COVID-19 pandemic: “We just wanted you to know we are thinking about you during these uncertain times. We understand these next few months will be anxious times for so many, so we thank you for your service to this community. Stay safe and well and know that the men’s hoops program is thinking about you. Go Bucks!”
