Denman Research Forum winners to display projects at Statehouse

Lawmakers and Statehouse visitors are invited to see the winning displays of research projects judged as outstanding at this year's Denman Undergraduate Research Forum, an annual symposium for Ohio State students.

Approximately 35 students will display their projects from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday (5/31) in the Statehouse's South Hallway, located near State Street.

In its 10th year, the forum showcases the work of more than 320 undergraduates who conducted research in the following areas: agriculture/environmental science; architecture; art; biological sciences; business/social and behavioral sciences; education/speech and hearing science; engineering; health professions – clinical; health professions – laboratory/cellular; humanities; mathematical and physical sciences; and psychology.

At this year's forum, made possible by funding from Richard J. and Martha D. Denman, cash prizes were awarded to first, second, third and fourth-place winners.
