Dr. Radliff joined the college in autumn 2007 after completing postdoctoral training at the McGinnis Psychology Group in southwestern Florida. The clinic is a small private practice specializing in children's learning, development, and behavior. She completed her MA and PhD at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. Her research interests primarily relate to mental health issues as they affect children, adolescents, and their families including both externalizing and internalizing concerns. Specifically, her research focuses on the impact of mental health issues on educational experiences, identifying student and school needs, and providing effective intervention and prevention services. She is also interested in social justice.
