Gee to talk about Jones# retirement

     PRESIDENT GEE AVAILABLE TO TALK ABOUT JONES' RETIREMENT


     E. Gordon Gee, president of The Ohio State University, will
be available today (2/18) to respond to questions from reporters
about the retirement of James L. Jones as director of the
Department of Athletics.

     The president will meet with reporters at 4:30 p.m. in his
office in Bricker Hall, 190 North Oval Mall.

     Jones' retirement was announced earlier today by the
Department of Athletics.
