Hale Center to host Thanksgiving meal

Ohio State faculty, staff and students unable to be with their families for the holiday can attend the 11th annual Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday (11/28) The Frank W. Hale Jr. Black Cultural Center, 153 W. 12th Ave.

Turkey with all the trimmings will be served in three shifts at 1 p.m., 3:15 p.m. and 5 p.m. Volunteers will prepare and serve meals, provide entertainment and clean up throughout the day.

What started initially as a gathering of about 25 people, the dinner have evolved into an international feast that last year fed nearly 500 people. Seventy percent of those in attendance were international students.
