Investiture of Ohio State University President Michael V. Drake to be held Tuesday, March 31

An investiture ceremony marking the official installation of Ohio State University President Michael V. Drake will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31, at Mershon Auditorium, 1871 N. High St. Drake, who began his term on June 30, 2014, will be formally installed as the 15^th president of the university.

Following a long-observed Ohio State tradition, Drake will take the formal oath of office and be presented with the presidential medallion of office. In an investiture address, Drake will outline his vision for the future of Ohio State.

A media check-in table will be on the east side of the Mershon Auditorium lobby. Identification of media affiliation is required. Doors will open at 12:30 p.m.
