LEE FISHER TO SPEAK ON EDUCATION REFORM
COLUMBUS -- Former Ohio Attorney General Lee Fisher, a
Democrat considering a run for Ohio governor, will discuss
education reform from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday (7/24) in 115
Ramseyer Hall, 29 W. Woodruff Ave., on The Ohio State University
Columbus campus.
Fisher will meet with Ohio State students, faculty and staff
in the first of what is intended to become a series of campus
forums on the future of public education in Ohio.
The planned series of forums is designed to provide an
opportunity for students and policy makers to air and debate
public policy issues related to education. The forum is
presented through PROBE (the Center for Policy Based Education in
Ohio), housed in the College of Education.
