WHAT: Groundbreaking on the Ohio State North Residential District Transformation project

WHEN: 3 to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2013

WHERE: Scott Lawn, located south of Scott House, 146 W. Woodruff Ave.

The Ohio State University will break ground on the North Residential District Transformation project, which will build the facilities that support the Second-year Transformational Experience Program (STEP), being launched this semester.

In total, approximately 3,200 new bed spaces will be added to the north residential area. The project will also include new dining, recreation facilities and other support services. The project will be completed in autumn semester 2016.
