A media briefing highlighting plans for the start of The Ohio State University’s new school year will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 13 in the newly remodeled Hale Hall, 154 W. 12th Ave., room 201. The event provides media access to interview leaders and learn what’s new for autumn semester, which begins on Aug. 21, 2013.

Ohio State University Interim President Joseph Alutto will welcome reporters. Officials will update media on the incoming class, the Second Year Transformation Experience Program (STEP), which will kick off in a pilot form this year, and the newly remodeled and historic Hale Hall.
