***Notice of Meeting Agenda Change: Ohio State University Trustees meeting Jan. 30 – 31

The Ohio State University Board of Trustees and its committees will meet with a revised schedule on Thursday and Friday, Jan. 30 – 31. Meetings will be held in the Longaberger Alumni House, 2200 Olentangy River Road.

On Thursday, the Governance Committee will meet from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. The board will meet in executive session from 10:15 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. There will be meetings of the Advancement and Audit and Compliance committees from 2:30 to 4 p.m. The full Board of Trustees will now reconvene at 4 p.m., with a brief executive session to be followed by a public session at approximately 4:20 p.m.

The meetings of the Finance and Academic Affairs and Student Life committees, originally scheduled from 4:15 to 5:45 p.m. on Thursday, will now take place from 8 to 9:30 am on Friday, Jan. 31. There will be no full board executive session meeting at 8 a.m. on Friday as originally indicated.

The formal board meeting will begin as originally scheduled at 10 a.m. on Friday.
