Meeting to occur May 3

The Talent, Compensation & Governance Committee of The Ohio State University Board of Trustees will meet in executive session on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. EST.

Pursuant to the passage of recent state legislation (House Bill 51), which allows public bodies to convene virtually through June 30, 2022, this meeting will be held over Zoom. Public guests will be placed in the virtual waiting room for the duration of the executive session.
