Ohio State board meeting site of major announcement

COLUMBUS – As Karen A. Holbrook presides over her first meeting of the university’s Board of Trustees, she will announce a major partnership affecting the Columbus community. The announcement will come at the beginning of the board meeting’s main session, which starts at 9:45 a.m. Friday. Also attending will be Dr. Gene Harris, superintendent of Columbus Public Schools and Dr. Gary C. Ness, executive director of The Ohio Historical Society.
