Ohio State experts can speak about fraud in corporations
Tougher laws and doubled prison terms are among the proposals made by President George W. Bush on Tuesday (7/9) to help prevent future corporate financial scandals. Bush also proposed improvements to the Securities and Exchange Commission and the creation of a “financial crimes SWAT team,” according to the Associated Press.
