Ohio State students volunteer to help scare children in ‘haunted house’

Ohio State students from the Inter-Professional Council are volunteering to help make this Halloween a happy occasion for children in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio.

Between 200 and 300 children are expected to attend a “haunted house” from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday (10/29) at the Big Brothers Big Sisters headquarters, 1855 E. Dublin-Granville Road.

Ohio State students, dressed in their Halloween best, also will help hand out candy and take part in other activities.

The Inter-Professional Council is a governing body of professional students in the colleges of Dentistry, Law, Medicine, Optometry, Pharmacy and Veterinary Medicine.

WHAT: Students from the Inter-Professional Council are taking part in a “haunted house” for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio.

WHEN: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday (10/29).

WHERE: Big Brothers Big Sisters headquarters, 1855 E. Dublin-Granville Road.

WHY: To help Big Brothers Big Sisters give children a fun Halloween experience.
