Ohio State University announces summer 2016 graduates and dean’s list

Columbus, Ohio – The Ohio State University has issued the list of students who earned degrees at commencement exercises on Aug. 7, 2016. The university awarded 1,666 degrees at the ceremony, including 251 doctoral, 10 professional, 494 masters, 796 bachelors and 115 associates.

In addition, the university has issued its honor roll for summer 2016, listing the names of students who have achieved high academic averages for their work. (Criteria for qualifying varies by college. It is usually based on the GPA for that specific term and the number of credit hours taken. Many colleges require a minimum of 12 graded credit hours with a 3.5 GPA or higher.)

The dean's list and graduate lists include international, non-resident and Ohio students. Students are listed by county, and then by zip code within each county.
