Panel of experts to discuss potential for election problems

Will there be election-day chaos in Ohio? How is the Ohio government prepared to handle problems?
Ohio Gov. Bob Taft will join a panel of experts from the Moritz College of Law for “The Legacy of Election 2000: If the System Fails Again?” at noon on Thursday (10/21) in the Saxbe Auditorium of Drinko Hall, 55 W. 12th Ave.

Professors Peter Shane, director of the Center for Law, Policy and Social Science; Steve Huefner, director of the Legislation Clinic, and Daniel Tokaji, assistant professor of law are the Moritz panelists.

The panel discussion is part of Election Law @ Moritz, a program devoted to in-depth, timely and scholarly analysis of election law issues.
