Power Outage Update - 12/17/09

Repairs are underway to the severed power lines, and the University has restored power to all but six buildings affected by the power outage.

Crews will work through the night to restore power to the six buildings in the Fisher College of Business complex. Affected buildings include Fisher, Gerlach, Mason, Pfahl, Schoenbaum, and The Blackwell Inn.

Faculty and staff in affected buildings who are not deemed essential in emergency situations are being asked to stay home on Friday (12/18). Employees of the Blackwell should check with their supervisor for a schedule.

The University will update the campus community about this power outage during the day on Friday (12/18).
