Statement by President Michael V. Drake on Ohio Senate's budget plan

“I applaud the Senate’s commitment to higher education and thank Senate President Keith Faber and his colleagues for their partnership. The Senate’s investment in higher education helps Ohio State advance excellence and affordability and contributes to the growth of our state and national economy. As the budget moves toward conference committee, I look forward to continuing our work together to stem costs and lower the debt burden on our students and families.”
