TBDBITL shows fans ‘A Whole New World’

The Ohio State University Marching Band took football fans on a magic carpet ride at Saturday’s performance during halftime of the University of Illinois game.

In honor of the 25th anniversary of the Disney classic “Aladdin,” TBDBITL performed selections including “Friend Like Me,” “One Jump Ahead” and “A Whole New World.” An elephant and rider, the genie and his lamp and the Taj Mahal were just a few of the band’s formations.

Saturday’s i-dotter was Connor Croley, a medical laboratory science major from Wadsworth, Ohio.
