University to host 14th annual Thanksgiving Day dinner
COLUMBUS – The Ohio State University will host its 14th annual Thanksgiving Day dinner from 1 to 4 p.m. on Thursday (11/24) at the Ohio Union, 1739 N. High St.
A record crowd of nearly 1,000 people from the university, unable to be with their families for the holiday, are expected to attend. Free parking will be provided in the Ohio Union garage.
The event, hosted by the Frank W. Hale Black Cultural Center and the Office of International Education, will provide a traditional Thanksgiving meal to faculty, staff and students, along with their families. Music, cultural presentations and children's activities will be provided throughout the day.
Campus volunteers will work as greeters, servers, runners, kitchen aides, and monitor children's games and activities.
