Weekend winter storm to impact Ohio State campuses

Significant snowfall expected

A winter storm system is expected to move through Ohio Saturday night and Sunday, and all campuses of The Ohio State University are in its path.

The heaviest snow accumulation is forecast to occur between midnight and 8 a.m. on Sunday. Please follow @OSU_EMFP on Twitter or check emergency.osu.edu for any updates.

According to the National Weather Service, the Columbus, Newark and Wooster campuses could see between 4 to 6 inches of snow, while more than 6 inches of snow may fall on the Lima, Mansfield and Marion campuses. Rainfall may cut into snowfall totals in locations south of Columbus.
