***Notice of special meeting: Ohio State University trustees to meet March 7

The Ohio State University Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at University Square South, 15 E. 15th Avenue, Columbus, OH 43201. The Board is meeting solely for the purpose of conducting an Executive Session to consult with legal counsel on pending or imminent litigation and to discuss personnel matters regarding the appointment, employment and compensation of public officials. There will be no public action taken at this meeting.

Some trustees may participate virtually in accordance with legislation and the Bylaws of The Ohio State University Board of Trustees.
